Terms of Service

Selash Technovations Limited

These Terms of Service apply when you create an account or order a domain name from Selash Technovations Limited on this website. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate, complete and current contact details, and keep them up to date.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

2. Ordering domain names

A domain name is only yours once the registration is confirmed. Searching or placing an order does not reserve a name.
Prices are shown before you order. We may change prices for future orders and renewals.
Some names are reserved, premium or restricted by the registry and may not be available.
Your order may need to be paid for and approved by Selash Technovations Limited before it is registered.

3. Registration rules

Domain names are registered for a fixed period and must be renewed before they expire, or they may be lost.
The registry rules and dispute policies for each domain extension apply to your domain.
The contact details you give are used for the domain registration record, as the registry requires.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use a domain name or this service for anything unlawful, for spam, phishing or malware, or to infringe anyone else's rights. We may suspend or cancel a service that is used this way.

5. Refunds

Domain registrations are processed with the registry as soon as they are approved, so completed registrations cannot normally be refunded. Orders that are rejected or cannot be completed are not charged.

6. Liability

We provide this service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by the registry, third parties or events outside our control.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it is published.
